Our Story

We’re Mollie and Emily, two clinicians who started Hearten Therapy to build an ethical, inclusive, and forward-thinking practice where therapists can truly thrive. Right now, we’re in an exciting entrepreneurial growth phase, exploring new ideas, expanding our reach, and creating opportunities for our team to help shape our next chapter. Having experienced firsthand how isolating and overwhelming this field can be, we wanted to build a community that honors the whole human behind the clinician. For us, that means offering mentorship, hands-on support, and chances for growth and collaboration.

We believe that when therapists feel nurtured and valued—personally and professionally—they do their best work. By investing in each team member’s well-being, we aim to spark fresh ideas, boost confidence, and cultivate a warm, supportive community where you’re surrounded by colleagues who genuinely care. If you’re looking for a place that sees you as more than just a clinician, we’d love to welcome you into our family at Hearten Therapy. Let’s build a practice you’re proud to call home.

We’re currently hiring a licensed couples therapist who works with both individuals and couples and brings a relational lens to their clinical work. But more than just filling a role, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

Does this sound like you?

You’re not just into couples therapy and systemic work—you’re genuinely passionate about it. Confident, curious, and a little entrepreneurial, you bring humor, authenticity, and heart into the room. You thrive in team settings, love a good challenge, and blend clinical depth with creative energy.

Maybe you’ve blogged or consulted, maybe you’re great at marketing yourself, maybe you're just that person who gets things done and makes it look easy. You've likely worked in private practice before and are ready to bring that experience to a supportive environment where you’re seen as more than just a clinician.

If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to meet you.
