Mollie brings advanced training in perinatal mental health and relationship work, offering therapy that’s collaborative, practical, and rooted in what matters most to you.

    Katie works with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns that aren’t changing, even when they understand them. She helps clients navigate communication breakdowns, emotional shutdown, burnout, and relationship stress with a direct, structured approach that focuses on real change. Drawing from attachment-based and trauma-informed models, Katie supports clients in building more balanced, intentional ways of relating—so they can feel more confident, connected, and grounded in their relationships.

    Daisy works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She’s especially attuned to clients who feel stuck in patterns they understand but can’t seem to shift. With an integrative, body-aware approach grounded in systems theory and attachment work, Daisy creates a calm, collaborative space for deeper awareness and intentional change. Her work is guided by curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens in relationship—with yourself and with others.
